Who are we?
Sierra Solutions is a family-owned dba with Dave Lombard, P.E., a licensed Mechanical Engineer, as principal. “We” is used because after 25 years in industry, we know that there is very little work that is actually done solo, but rather involves teamwork implementing the resources available from other professionals, vendors, contractors and the network of contacts that result from broad experience.
Why do you need us?
Maybe you don’t have your own engineer, maybe you have several and they are all too busy. Maybe you are in between and know you need some help, but not enough to go through the pain of recruiting and hiring.
We offer you the opportunity to get some help on an as-needed basis and not make a long-term commitment, as is necessary when adding an employee. Our rates are very reasonable and are on a sliding scale, depending on the magnitude of the task. We work both by the hour and on a fixed-cost bid basis.
